Made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, it handles high heat, resists corrosion, and is built to last.

Simple to use: just place the GA Offset Plate on top of the bottom grate. For roasting, fill the direct side with lit charcoal. For low and slow cooking, use a mix of about two-thirds unlit and one-third lit coals to keep the temperature steady.
