Return and Refund Policy
Pre-Ordered Items
All pre-ordered items are made to order and as such are non-returnable. You are welcome to contact us in regards to your issue and we will do our best to look after you but in almost all circumstances the pre-ordered item will not be accepted back.
Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect Items or Change of Mind
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 14 days by emailing sales@cldfab.com.au with:

Your order number
We will:

Arrange an exchange at our expense, or

Offer a full refund upon return (Shipping to be at the customers expense)
Important: Do not use the product before reporting the issue, as this may affect eligibility for replacement.
2. Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days. We will provide a return label and ship the correct item or issue a refund once the incorrect item is returned.
3. Lost or Stolen Items
Our responsibility ends once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated address or depot. We are not liable for lost or stolen items post-delivery.
4. Change of Mind
We will accept change of mind returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date (Excluding any pre-order items).
Goods must be in as new condition, goods must be shipped at your cost and you may incur a fee to cover the freight cost involved in initially shipping the goods to you.
